Did I break the rules: No I did not break the rules, I was falsely banned, I understand why the situation escalated to a ban; I left the scene in an admin situation because I saw the admin and a player hop over the fence so I left. If I was there to explain I could have prevented this ban.
Explain What Happened: (here I explain how that the ban tags were irrelevant; Metagaming, failRP, revengeRP) I flew in the city while most of my gang went to jail because of a gang fight with a rival gang, one person got away from the shootout which is bankrollkarai, we spoke on what happened at legion garage and then he told me what happened at grove which is where the scene took place (This explanation describes how metagaming was irrelevant). We went over there I told a player who is now perm banned to put his hands up when my gun was pointed at him and he decided to run towards me and punch me, I shot him and he died, the player in the rival gang member is whom I killed. (This describes why FailRP was not occurring in this scene but a player who was whining that he started something and we finished it. Also, I had never died in this whole scenario so revengeRP never occurred. I didn't die before the situation to them or at all for that matter.)
Why I should be unbanned: I was wrongfully banned. I should be unbanned because it was a ban that should not have been put into action. I may have had warnings but, I was very cautious about my actions in the scene due to my previous warning and would not have been off the server if this ban was followed through. I understand the mixup it was a confusing situation with no information on my part of what happened. Please unban me I only play this server, and am looking to constantly abide by the rules. There are no serious intentions of messing up but only accidents that I am learning from. I am capable of playing Diamond City role play with less than no errors. I am here to play the new server with no issues.
