Did you break the rules?: No, was simply walking around spawn

Explain what happened: Got killed while walking around near spawn by some shooters and after waiting on the ground for the medic for around 2 minutes it says I have been banned due to hacking.

Got shot by some unknown players from a distance. An officer was nearby but was likely to have been AFK as he did not respond to the shots ( was sitting in his vehicle near the atm), and also a random player walked around me and tried to pick me up before the ban.

Why should you be unbanned?: I was just hanging around spawn and did not break any rules or regulations.

There isn't much detail to the situation as I was literally just walking around myself at spawn before getting shot (to put simply I got killed and banned after waiting for the medic)

I was walking around spawn (near the ferris wheel area) when I started getting shot at. I wasn't sure from where or who shot me (but they were not nearby) as I quickly lost health and my body dropped to the ground (wasn't able to change my camera angle after that so I didn't see much).

I wasn't doing anything as I was just walking around and about to log off. The only players I remember being nearby before the incident was a parked cop car with an officer inside across the street and after I got shot someone walked around me a few times trying to pick me up?

I was surprised to be shot in the spawn area too but after pressing the button to wait for the medic the ban occurred after around a minute of nothing happening.

The only other detail I can give which was what I was doing for that session, I went oiling (fueler occupation) and have already completed my job. But this occurred a while before the incident as I was back in spawn just walking around (therefore not sure if it is relevant information).

Not much else occurred as the entire thing happened pretty quickly therefore I was unable to clip the incident using my Radeon Software.

Additionally, I was banned from the discord server around a day after the server ban. I didn't break any rules on there either as I only used it to file a ticket in which a staff member directed me to post an appeal here.
