Part of our new year resolution is to make our staff more relatable to our community. So over the next several weeks, we are going to release blogs that feature three staff members and who they are. We hope our members will enjoy these blogs and find something in common with our staff!

DocHoliday - Owner & Community Manager - Windsor, Ontario, Canada

I am Doc. Many of you will already know me or have spoken with me on the server. So a little about me. I have a degree in Journalism and Communications and worked as a journalist with various outlets including print media and radio stations. I have also worked in marketing for various non-profits and governments like the Salvation Army and the Liberal Party of Canada.

I have also studied Political Economy and Psychology in university but instead have opted to go into skilled trades so I can actually make some money. As for DCRP, I got involved with the community when we were still called Vice City Roleplay. I was part of getting the name to change and founded FIB as an internal affairs agency. That mission changed over time and FIB became a law enforcement agency to be reckoned with.

I got my start in roleplay back in 2012 when I played on Dark RP in Garry's Mod. But it wasn't long before I ended up joining life servers in Arma 2 where I was part of many communities. The biggest of which was Evolution Gaming where I was a Head Administrator from 2013-2014. Since then I have been part of many various RP servers and was in a few FiveM communities before joining DCRP when it was founded by Roxburyy and WastingFall.

Hello, I am Marshal. I have been telling computers what to do for three years. I have been the developer for DCRP since the early days and have learned a lot along the way. I am a pretty reasonable guy and am open to feedback. If you are rational with me, I will be rational with you. Like Data.

I have been a part of a lot of different roleplay communities in my years. I've often partnered with Doc in various communities across a variety of games. My favourite community so far is DCRP, as I have had such a big hand in making it into what it is. Some can claim that I saved DCRP.

Hello, I am Roxburyy. You have most likely seen me on Diamond City or have spoken to me in Discord. I see myself as one of the easiest people to speak to. I pride myself on being an owner who speaks to everyone which is something that is hard to come by with FiveM communities. I started this community in order to give people a fun and safe place to play and a community where anyone is accepted. I initially started the community because after playing on multiple communities I found myself having many great ideas on how to build a successful community that others never considered.

In most servers, people play with a friend circle and that’s it, here we all play together no matter what group, gang, or faction you are in. People will accept you in our community and that’s the most satisfaction an owner can have knowing that the players in the community are welcoming to others.

In life, I went to a private catholic high school, which taught me the value of a close community. Everyone knew everyone and you were never outcasted no matter who you hung out with. I have tried my best to translate that to Diamond City RP. I went to Iona College in Rochester, NY for criminal justice but felt it simply wasn’t for me. I have worked as a foreman for a construction/remodelling company soon after putting college on pause until I figure out what I truly want to do.
